The end cuts and pieces of our slab bacon was not wasted but set aside for such a time as this for you to creatively use! We have used the pieces in quiche, omelets, hash, BLT’s, salad or potato toppers, baked potato soup... I can’t wait to hear the creative uses for bacon pieces!
