Real Tallow isn’t just beef fat but the suet or kidney fat. Our grass fed and finished cows graze pastures that are being regeneratively managed, never sprayed with harmful chemicals. Our cows also are never given hormones, antibiotics or vaccines or grains. We are rotationally grazing and holistically managing our cows.

Human skin and tallow similar molecular structure and composition, making tallow a potential natural moisturizer for the skin due to its ability to mimic the oils our skin naturally produces; the word "sebum" even translates to "tallow" in Latin.
