Private Butchering Classes

This is a private class for two to five people to demonstrate how to cut up and either chicken or pork.  The class will be on Rehoboth Farm, we will contact you about scheduling your private class. We will show you how to take a killed and prepped animal to individual cuts of meat.  You will leave with some meat to enjoy and cook up at home. Classes usually last between 2.5 to 3 hours. Chicken classes run April through October.  Hog Classes are predominantly January through March. 

*whole and half hogs available for purchase alongside the class to cut up and package with us.
