Our chicken stock is made in our farm kitchen by simmering our artisan water, the backs and necks from our chickens, with tons of herbs, onion, carrots, celery and garlic for nearly 12 hours. We then freeze it in 1 quart containers. We know a good broth transforms a simple dish to one filled with depth of flavor! Great to use as a soup or gravy base, boil potatoes, rice or quinoa in. We also use it as immune boost in our family and great for pre and post injury or surgery.
