Our Raw, naturally cured, nitrate free hams are flavorful, tender and juicy. We pride ourselves on the flavor of our pork! Our hams will be the centerpiece of any holiday meal or as my mom prefers to cook a ham on Sunday and make 14 different things out of it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week.
