Jowl bacon??? Yes you read that right, we have made bacon out of the best piece of the pig! Only 1 to 2 packs of pieces comes off a hog. This very limited cut is highly sought after. The end cuts and pieces of our jowl slab bacon was not wasted but set aside for such a time as this for you to creatively use! We have used the pieces in quiche, omelets, hash, BLT’s, salad or potato toppers, baked potato soup... I can’t wait to hear the creative uses for bacon pieces!
