This is a Private Class that will be scheduled with you via Josh and Jessica.

We will be breaking down a 1/2 hog.  You will learn how to cut up and break down 1/2 a hog into your favorite cuts including but not limited to chops, ribs, tenderloin, shoulder, butt, belly and we will even grind up some pork for sausage. The class will be 2.5 hours.

We hope this class will encourage & equip you to cut up a half hog yourself!
